A name, place, or other query entered into a search box passes to the outside provider that operates that tool. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we retain it as needed to answer. We do not share that message beyond the organization unless a valid legal duty requires disclosure.
Routine Technical Records
Normal server and analytics logs can record technical details when a page loads:
