Buckingham County uses a regional jail in Farmville, while two VADOC prisons sit in Dillwyn. Start with the agency that controlled the relevant custody. Farmville District 24 handles regional supervision questions from 601 Industrial Park Road, Farmville, VA 23901, at 434-392-8671. Court disposition hours differ: the combined district clerk is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at 13049 W. James Anderson Highway and can be reached at 434-969-4755, while Circuit Court is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 13061 W. James Anderson Highway and can be reached at 434-969-4734.
